Are you hearing this a lot lately? I cook and my family and friends cant believe it not actually meat. The advances that are available today are so amazing and i'm so thankful. I'm so happy i found this path in life at this time and i don't feel like i'm missing anything. Truly being vegan is great and again yes its alllllll vegan
